dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se bude zaměřovat nejen na postoje společnosti k trestu smrti, ale i na problematiku spojenou s trestem smrti u nás a v zahraničí. V první části mé bakalářské práce budu zpracovávat odbornou literaturu, z které zpracuji nejen historii trestu smrti, ale i techniky a vývoj těchto technik od počátku až po současnost. Dále okrajově zpracují pocity a myšlenky člověka odsouzeného k smrti. V druhé části se budu zabývat postoji společnosti k tomuto tématu. Jelikož trest smrti patří ve společnosti ke kontroverzním tématům, budu zpracovávat soudobé antropologické texty na toto téma, dále využiji možnost polostrukturovaných rozhovorů v širším sociálním kontextu. Na konec bakalářské práce zpracují své poznatky a napíší úvahu na toto tema spojenou s navrhovamymi změny v této problematice.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis will survey not only the attitudes od society to capital punishment but also the agenda connected with the capital punishment in our country and abroad. In the first part of this bachelor thesis I will process specialized literature, from which I will elaborate not only the history of capital punishment but also the techniques and the development od these techniques from the very beginning up to now. Furthret on, I will marginally tackle the throughts of the condemned person. In the second part I will pursue the attitudes of society to the topic. As the capital punishmet belongs to social controversies, I will work out recent anthropologic texts dealing this topic. I will also employ the possibíities of half-structured interviews In a broader social context. At the end of my work I will process my knowledge and write an essay on this topic containing suggested changes In this issue.	eng
