dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení zásob ve společnosti Yusen Logistics (Czech) s.r.o. s využitím ABC analýzy pro segmentaci zásob. Práce obsahuje čtyři kapitoly, které na sebe obsahově navazují. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému vymezení zásob, řízení zásob a ABC analýze. Druhá část analyzuje současný stav distribučního centra v Krupce a identifikuje možné problémy vztahující se k řízení zásob. Třetí část je návrhová a je v ní aplikována ABC analýza a sestaven návrh na zefektivnění distribučního centra. Poslední část práce slouží k zhodnocení navrhovaného řešení a porovnání s dosavadním stavem.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on inventory management in the company Yusen Logistics (Czech) s.r.o. with using the ABC analysis for segmentation supplies. The thesis contains four chapters that follow each other. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of supply, inventory management and ABC analysis. The second part analyzes the current state of the distribution center in Krupka and identifies potential issues related to inventory management. The third part is the design, there is applied ABC analysis and compiled a design to optimize the distribution center. The last part serves to evaluate design solutions and compared with the current state.	eng
