dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění výskytu hypotermie u vybraných klientek, které přicházejí ke gynekologickému operačnímu zákroku na gynekologické operační sály do nemocnice v Pardubickém kraji, dále na zjištění, zda sledované parametry (např. BMI, délka operace) mohou ovlivňovat výskyt hypotermie u klientek a zda je personálem měřena tělesná teplota klientek během jejich pobytu na operačním sále a následně hypotermii předcházeno. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde je popsána problematika tělesné teploty, hypotermie, perioperační ošetřovatelské péče i gynekologických operací a na část praktickou.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma paper is focused on the occurrence of hypothermia in selected patients who undergo a gynaecological operation at gynaecological operating theatres in hospitals of Pardubice Region. The paper also studies whether the monitored parameters (BMI, the length of operation, and the like) may influence the occurrence of hypothermia and whether the nursing staff check the patients´ body temperature at the time of operation and, subsequently, try to prevent hypothermia. The paper is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the issues of body temperature, hypothermia, perioperative nursing care and gynaecological operations, and a practical part.	eng
