dc.description.abstract	Úvod: Audity představují systematické vyhodnocení stávající situace. Jsou jedním z nástrojů zvyšování kvality péče, na kterou se v dnešní době klade větší důraz. V praxi se stále setkáváme s rozdílnými pohledy na interní audit. Cíl: Cílem šetření je porovnání znalostí v oblasti interních auditů u všeobecných sester mezi akreditovaným a neakreditovaným zdravotnickým zařízením, zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry provádějí změny před blížícím se auditem a co od nich očekávají a zda u nich interní audit nebo vědomí blížícího se auditu vyvolává stres. Metodika: Vzorek respondentů byl osloven v jedné akreditované (40) a jedné neakreditované (36) nemocnici na interních a chirurgických odděleních. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Pro zpracování výsledků byly použity statistické metody absolutní a relativní četnosti. Výsledky: Z porovnání obou zdravotnických zařízení vyplynulo, že respondenti z akreditovaného zdravotnického zařízení mají více znalostí o interních auditech a prožívají vyšší míru stresu než respondenti z neakreditovaného zdravotnického zařízení. Dále jsme zjistili, že respondenti z obou zařízení stále provádí změny před plánovaným auditem. Závěr: Z výsledků práce vyplývá nutné zvyšování informovanosti všeobecných šester o interních auditech. Musí být přesvědčeny, že interní audity nejsou strašákem, ale pomocníkem, a snížit tak míru stresu, kterou vyvolávají.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Introduction: Audits represent the systematic evaluation of the current situation. They are one of the tools improving the quality of care, increasingly putting emphasis on it nowadays. We still meet with different views on internal audit in practice. Aim: The objective is the knowledge comparison in the area of internal audits for general nurses working in accredited medical facilities, and non-accredited to determine whether the general nurses carry out changes before the impending audit and whether the internal audit or consciousness of approaching the audit raises the stress. Method: The sample of respondents was approached in one accredited (40) and in one non- -accredited (36) hospital at internal and surgical wards. The research was done by using a structured questionnaire investigation of our own construction. The statistical methods with the absolute and relative frequencies were used in processing results. Results: From the comparison of both health care facilities revealed that respondents from an accredited medical facility have more knowledge on internal audits and they experience higher level of stress than respondents from non-accredited of medical facility. Furthermore, we found that respondents from both facilities still perform the changes before the scheduled audit. Conclusion: The results of the work show that it is necessary to raise general nurses’ awareness of internal audits. They have to become convinced that internal audits are not scarecrow, but they are support reducing the level of stress they raise.	eng
