Byla studována skla systémů Ga2O3-ZnO-P2O5. Bylo zjištěno jejich reálné složení a identifikovaná krystalická fáze. U vzorků byl stanoven molární objem, měrná hmotnost, povrchová energie a mikrotvrdost. |
