Tématem této diplomové práce je studium kinetiky uvolňování účinné látky verapamil hydrochlorid z hydrofilních matricových tablet. Teoretická část je věnována řízenému uvolňování léčiv, procesu disoluce a matematickým modelům používaných k vyhodnocení disolučních dat. Experimentální část je zaměřena na disoluci hydrofilních matricových tablet a komerčního léčiva Verahexal? KHK Retard v různých disolučních médiích a následné vyhodnocení získaných disolučních profilů pomocí vhodných matematických modelů. Výsledkem experimentální části je stanovení hodnot rychlostních konstant uvolňování verapamil hydrochloridu z připravených lékových formulací a srovnání s komerčním léčivem. |

The topic of this master thesis is aimed at the research on kinetics of release of an effective compound verapamil hydrochloride from hydrophilic matrix tablets. The theoretical part is concerned with controlled release of medicaments, processes of dissolution, and mathematical models utilized for evaluation of dissolution data. The experimental part is focused on the dissolution of hydrophilic matrix tablets and commercial medicament Verahexal? KHK Retard in different dissolving media, and consequently with evaluation of obtained dissolution profiles by means of suitable mathematical models. The result of the experimental part is the assignment of values of release velocity constants of verapamil hydrochloride from the prepared formulations of medicaments and their comparison with commercial medicines. |
