Diplomová práce se zabývá hledáním vhodných podmínek pro stanovení nitrosloučenin. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, kde jsou zpracovány informace o možnostech úpravy vzorku a stanovení nitrosloučenin. Experimentální část se zabývá popisem analýzy nitrosloučenin a zahrnuje výsledky optimalizace a jednotlivých experimentů. Podmínky mikroextrakce tuhou fází byly optimalizovány z hlediska teploty, doby sorpce a množství přidaného NaCl. Optimalizované parametry byly vyhodnoceny statisticky. |

The final thesis deals with the finding of suitable conditions for the determination of nitro compounds. The thesis contains the theoretical part where the information about the possibilities of sample preparation and determination of nitro compounds are processed. The experimental part describes the analysis of nitro compounds and includes the results of optimization and particular experiments. Conditions for solid phase microextraction were optimized in terms of temperature, sorption time and the amount of added NaCl. The optimized parameters were evaluated statistically. |
