Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením na trhu práce. Teoretická část obsahuje seznámení s druhy postižení, dále informace o vzdělávacím systému pro osoby s mentálním postižením v ČR. Další části pojednávají o významu práce, problematice nedostatku pracovních příležitostí a metodách řešení nezaměstnanosti osob s mentálním postižením. Praktická část za využití hloubkových rozhovorů kvalitativně zjišťuje, jaké mají osoby s mentálním postižením reálné možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce. |

This thesis deals with the topic of people with mental disabilities in the labor market. The theoretical part includes introduction to forms of disability and informations about the education system for people with mental disabilities in the Czech Republic. Other parts discuss the importance of work, the issue of lack of employment opportunities and methods to address unemployment among people with mental disabilities. The practical part using in-depth interviews qualitatively detects real opportunities for people with mental disabilities in the labor market. |
