dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sebereflexi žen prostřednictvím fyzického vzhledu. V teoretické části se v úvodu setkáváme s historií sportu, jeho teoretickými východisky a teorií tělesné kultury. Práce se dále zabývá vysvětlením důležitých pojmů počínaje sebereflexí, sebepojetím, sebehodnocením, body image, přes feministickou antropologii, její historií, ženským kultem krásy a rolí českých médií, které ho ovlivňují, konče genderovými rozdíly mezi mužem a ženou ve sportu. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je zdravý životní styl, faktory, které ovlivňují zdraví člověka a pojem fitness.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is focused on self-reflection by physical appearance. The introduction of the theoretical part analyses history of sport, its resources and the theory of physical culture. This study deals with explanation of self-reflection, self-concept, self-image and body image. The feminist anthropology and its history help to study the female cult of beauty and last but not least the role of Czech media, which all of these things effect directly. The bachelor work also compares the gender differences between the man and woman in doing sports. An integral part of the theoretical chapter specializes in a healthy life style, the factors that affect human health, and the concept of fitness.	eng
