Komunikace veřejné správy s veřejnsotí je citlivé téma, protože zde dochází ke kontaktu státu a občana. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné profesionálního jednání úředníků, protože to jsou právě oni, kdo reprezentují stát. Cílem této práce je teoreticky popsat problematiku komunikace a zhodnotit poznatky provedeného empirického šetření. |
