Tato práce se zabývá analýzou nových trendů v oblasti měření a řízení výkonnosti. V rámci uvedení do problematiky jsou nejprve vymezena teoretická východiska z oblasti výkonnosti firem a dále pak identifikovány nové trendy v měření a řízení výkonnosti. Analytická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení využití těchto trendů ve vybraných podnicích, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na analýzu efektivních systémů řízení výkonnosti. V závěru práce jsou také navržena doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. |

This thesis analyzes the new trends in business performance management and measurement. Within the introduction to the issue, firstly it defines the theoretical background in the field of business performance, and also identifies new trends in performance measurement and management. The analytical part is focused on the evaluation of the use of these trends in the selected enterprises, while the main emphasis is on the analysis of effective performance management systems. The final part of the thesis proposes the recommendations to improve the current situation. |
