Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podporovaného zaměstnávání v kontextu aktuálního stavu a jeho perspektiv vůči cílové skupině - osobám se zdravotním postižením či znevýhodněním. Zabývá se osobami se zdravotním postižením či znevýhodněním, jejich vymezením a druhy tělesného postižení. Zmíněna je součást tohoto procesu, kterou je ucelená rehabilitace. Následující kapitola pojednává o podporovaném zaměstnávání z hlediska historie, dnešního pojetí služby a jednotlivých fází celého procesu. Dále je vymezen systém uplatňování pracovního potenciálu na straně otevřeného a chráněného trhu práce. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký je aktuální stav a perspektivy podporovaného zaměstnávání v kontextu (re)socializace osob se zdravotním postižením či znevýhodněním. Výzkum je realizován formou rozhovorů s odborníky a vypracováním kazuistik. Uzavřen je analýzou a interpretací získaných údajů s následným shrnutím celého šetření. |

The thesis focuses on the issue of supported employment in the context of the current state and perspectives towards the target group - persons with disabilities or handicaps. It deals with persons with disabilities or handicaps, their definition and types of disability. Mentioned is part of this process, which is a comprehensive rehabilitation. The following chapter discusses the supported employment in terms of history, today's concept of service and the different stages of the process. Furthermore, the system is defined by the application of labor potential side open and protected labor market. The aim is to determine what is the current state and prospects of supported employment in the context of the (re) socialization of people with disabilities or handicaps. The survey is conducted by interviewing experts
and developing case studies. Enclosed is the analysis and interpretation of data obtained with the subsequent summary of the investigation. |
