dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou determinantů inovační výkonnosti českých podniků z chemického průmyslu. Zaměřena je na transfer znalostí ovlivňující inovační výkonnost těchto podniků. Nejprve budou prezentována teoretická východiska z oblasti pojmů týkající se znalostí, inovací a výkonnosti. Praktická část zahrnuje charakteristiku determinantů spojených s transferem znalostí a vliv těchto determinantů v predikčním regresním modelu na inovační výkonnost českých podniků.	cze
