V této práci byly analyzovány zbytkové nečistoty v různých výrobních šaržích
pigmentů Pigment Yellow 1 a Pigment Yellow 74 pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové
chromatografie. Cílem bylo stanovení obsahu anilinu, acetoanilidu a acetoacetanilidu v
pigmentu P.Y. 1 a obsahu o-anisidinu, acet-o-anisididu a acetoacet-o-ansididu v
pigmentu P.Y. 74. Pro zpracování vzorků byla použita extrakce v různých organických
rozpouštědlech. Obsah zbytkových nečistot byl stanoven pomocí HPLC s využitím
gradientové eluce. K detekci byl použit UV/VIS detektor. Výsledky extrakce
zbytkových nečistot pigmentů s použitím různých organických rozpouštědel byly
porovnány a diskutovány. |

In this work, the residual impurities in various production batches of two kinds of
pigments, Pigment Yellow 1 and Pigment Yellow 74, were analysed by the high
performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The aim of this work was to determine the
content of the aniline, acetanilide and acetoanilide in the P.Y. 1 pigment and the content
of the o-anisidine, acet-o-anisidide and acetoacet-o-anisidide in the P.Y. 74. The sample
processing was carried out by the extraction in different organic solvents. The content
of the residual impurities was determined by the HPLC utilizing the gradient elution.
Detection was carried out by the UV/Vis detector. The results of the extraction of
residual impurities in pigments using the different organic solvents were compared and
discussed. |
