Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku syndromu vyhoření v oblasti zdravotní a sociální péče v Pardubickém kraji. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zmapovat názory a informovanost respondentů o problematice syndromu vyhoření v oblasti zdravotní a sociální péče. Dalším cílem bylo odkrýt možné příčiny a projevy syndromu vyhoření u respondentů a tím je upozornit na prevenci vzniku syndromu vyhoření a zvládání zátěžových situací pomocí duševní hygieny. Práce je teoreticko výzkumná. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice syndromu vyhoření, duševní hygieny a supervize. Výzkumná část se zabývá výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které znázorňuje, jak jsou profese v oblasti zdravotní a sociální péče náročné na psychiku jedince. |

This thesis focuses on the issue of burnout in health and social care in the Pardubice region. The main objective of this thesis was to explore the views and information about respondents problem of burnout in health and social care. Another aim was to reveal possible causes and symptoms of burnout among respondents and thus draw attention to the prevention of burnout and coping with stress ful situations by mental hygiene. This is a theoretical - research. The theoretical part deals with the problem of burnout, mental hygiene and supervision. The research deals with the results of the survey, which shows how the profession in the field of health and social care demanding on the psyche of the individual. |
