První část této bakalářské práce se věnuje popisu principu laserové techniky. Vysvětluje teoretické základy činnosti laserů, jako je stimulovaná emise záření a inverze populace energetických hladin aktivního média. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé části laseru a charakterizovány vlastnosti laserového záření. Druhá část práce se zabývá rozdělením a popisem jednotlivých typů laserů podle užitého aktivního média. U jednotlivých typů laserů jsou uvedeny příklady a technické specifikace. Třetí část této práce se věnuje oblastem polygrafie, ve kterých aplikace laserů nachází uplatnění. Jedná se zejména o oblast holografie; v oblasti předtiskové přípravy jde potom o systémy Computer to Plate a Computer to Film. |

dc.description.abstract-translated |
The first part of this thesis deals with the description of the principle of laser technology. It explains the theoretical background of lasers operation, such as stimulated emission of the radiation and population inversion of active medium energy levels. It describes individual parts of the laser and properties of laser radiation. The second part deals with the classification and characteristics of the individual types of the lasers by the used active medium. For all mentioned types of lasers, examples and technical specifications are given. The third part of the thesis deals with the use of lasers in the printing industry, where laser applications are implemented, especially holography. In a prepress system, it is a Computer to Plate and Computer to Film systems. Furthermore, procedures for the improvement of printed matter using the laser in a postpress system are given. Also, the principle of xerography, sometimes also referred to as a laser printing, is explained. Finally, the benefits of the various laser applications and trends in developing of these applications are discussed. |
