dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na specifika při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče muslimským klientkám zejména během těhotenství, porodu a v poporodním období. Důraz je kladen na správnou verbální a neverbální komunikaci a respektování náboženských potřeb. Součástí práce je kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit informovanost a zkušenosti porodních asistentek v oblasti poskytování ošetřovatelské péče muslimským klientkám. Informace jsou zjišťovány pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří porodní asistentky s různým stupněm dosaženého vzdělání a různou délkou praxe, pracující na gynekologicko - porodnických odděleních v nemocnicích z celé České republiky.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is focused on the specifics of the provision of multicultural nursing care about muslim women during pregnacy and childbirth. Verbal and non verbal communication between midwives and muslim women is very important. If the understanding isnt effective, the care can´t be effective. The second part of the work is a quantitative research. The aim is to know, how are midwives inform about specifics of multicultural care and their experiences. It is used non standard questionnaire. The research sample consists of midwives with different education and with different length of practice and are working in the gynecological and obstetric departments in the Czech republic.	eng
