dc.description.abstract	Článek se věnuje analýze vývoje rizik a proměny pojetí bezpečnosti města v kontextu střední Evropy v průběhu 20. století. Bylo by totiž mylné domnívat se, že tím, že naše města od poloviny 19. století již nepotřebují hradby, nepotřebují už vlastně žádné obranné systémy. Opak je totiž pravdou. Bezpečností rizika se totiž neustále mění a vyvíjí a bohužel i rozšiřují. Metodologicky je článek založen na analýze historických údajů, jejich deskripci a komparaci s obecnými metodologickými přístupy v oblasti urbanismu a bezpečnosti stejně tak jako na vlastním pozorování a jeho analýze a následné syntéze s obecnými poznatky.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper is focused on analysis of risk development and changes in understanding of city / town better say urban security in the context of central Europe during the 20th century. There would be mistake to think, that cities and towns not need the real walls from the second part of 19th century, there are no any risks and security problems in them. The contrast is true. The security risks changes permanently and also develop and increase. From methodological point of view is the paper based on analysis of historical data, their description and comparison with common methodological approaches on the field of urbanism and security as well as on own observation and the synthesis with common knowledge.	eng
