Cieľom práce je zistiť aké sú špecifiká pri poskytovaní ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o geriatrického pacienta s herpes zoster. Zameriava sa predovšetkým na prezentáciu práce sestry pri
poskytovaní ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti a jej úlohu v prevencii komplikácií. V rámci kazuistiky
opisujeme priebeh hospitalizácie 69 ročného pacienta s pravostrannou hemiparézou, u ktorého
sme sa zamerali na liečbu herpes zoster, psychický stav a predchádzanie dekubitov. |

The aim of the thesis was to find out what are the specific features in providing care for a geriatric patient with herpes zoster. It focuses especially on a presentation of a nurse’s work during providing nursing care and the nurse’s role in complication prevention. The case studies
