Hlavním úkolem této práce bylo zanalyzovat situaci uvnitř problémové divize FTL - Logistika,
jež hospodaří se ztrátou a navrhnout možnosti řešení vedoucí k zlepšení efektivnosti hospodaření. Výsledkem by tedy mělo být nutné řešení změnou v přístupu k práci, dále
prozkoumání možných investičních záměrů, nastolení řízení jakosti a porovnání některých
konkrétních způsobů činnosti. Práce také nastínila možnosti trhu v sektoru komplexní logistiky a samotné dopravy, což je předpoklad pro úspěšné řešení, Výsledkem práce je stanovení
marketingových cílů zaměřených více na zákazníka a znalost nákladů na zkvalitnění skladovacích kapacit. Dále je výsledkem nahlédnutí do problematiky získání strategického partnera a získání certifikátu kvality ISO 9002 jako normy zásad řízení a odpovědností. V poslední části je podrobně zpracováno ekonomické i mimoekonomické porovnání nových vozidel Volvo a již odepsaných vozidel Liaz, jehož výsledkem je jasná preference nových vozidel. Práce by měla být přínosem managementu pro svůj vyjímečný pohled z vnějšku firmy. |

The main reason ofthe diploma thesis is to analyse the situation within the problematic division FTL - Logistic, that manages within a loss. I also try to suggest the solution possibilities leading to the improvement of the managing effectiveness. The result should thus be a necessary solution with the change of their attitude to work, also the exploration of possible investment intentions, establishing the management of quality and comparison of some concrete ways of doing that. The diploma thesis described the possibilities of the market in the sector of complete logistie and the aetual transport whieh is the predisposition of a sueeessful solution. One of the results is also establishing marketing targets eoneentrating more on the eustomer and the knowledge of eosts of storage eapaeities improvement. Another result is
revealing the way of finding a strategie business partner and obtaining the certificate of qualitty
ISO 9002 as a norm of the management quality and responsibilities. In the last part eeonomie and other eomparison of new vehicles Volvo and old cars Liaz are explored in detail and its elear preference for new vehicles. The diploma thesis should be eontribution for the cornpany' s
management for its exeptional view from the outside ofthe cornpanys environment. |
