This paper is devoted to an experimental verification of results of an approximate analytical method used to calculate a limit elastic pressure of researched conical shells. The next aim of this paper is to introduce the test equipment manufactured to perform the experiments of shells buckling. The comparative numerical analyses are performed by FEM computer program COSMOS/M [2]. |
