dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika spojená s postavením a uplatněním žen na trhu práce, která zachycuje genderové nerovnosti mužů a žen. Teoretická část představuje situaci žen a její vývoj ve vzdělávacím sektoru. Popisuje ženskou zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost. Rozebírá problematiku kombinování profesního a rodinného života. Zabývá se diskriminací žen na pracovním trhu a popisuje způsoby, jak se proti diskriminaci bránit. Výzkumné šetření zjišťuje postoje a zkušenosti žen s největšími problémy tohoto tématu. Cílem práce je komplexně zmapovat problematiku postavení žen na trhu práce, najít její největší problémy a nastínit cesty, které by mohly přispět k dosažení rovnosti žen a mužů.	cze
