Diplomová práce se zabývá proměnou konstruktu feminity v Československu mezi lety 1948 - 1989. Hlavním cílem není podat reálný obraz ženství této doby, nýbrž na základě analýzy časopisů určených ženám postihnout, jak bylo ženství těmito médii oficiálně prezentováno. Pozornost je soustředěna především na vytvoření nového ideálu "socialistické ženy" a na transformaci její role jakožto matky, manželky a pracovnice. Začátek práce je věnován obecným otázkám role a postavení médií ve společnosti a charakteristice ženských časopisů, jakožto genderově vyhraněných médií. Těžiště práce spočívá především v analýze vybraných časopisů a jejich interpretaci. |

Diploma study is focused on the changeable structure of femininity in Czechoslovakia between the years 1948 - 1989. The main goal is not to show the real Picture of the femininity of that period, but to based on the analysis of magazines specified for women demonstrate how the femininity was by these media officially presented. The attention is targeted mainly on the creation of the new ideal of "socialistic woman" and on the transformation of her role as the mother, wife and worker. The beginning of the study is devoted to general questions of the role and status of media in society and to the feature of the women´s magazines as their capacity as genderly defined media. Focal point of the study primarily lies in the analysis of selected magazines and their interpretation. |
