dc.description.abstract	Práce pojednává o sociální integraci kubánských přistěhovalců v České republice. Práce se soustřeďuje na institucionální rámec integrace a na praktické zkušenosti informantů s českou společností a institucemi. Je zaměřená na popis života kubánského přistěhovalce v České republice a jeho možnostech integrace do české společnosti a institucí prostřednictvím výpovědí informantů. Popis sociální integrace kubánských přistěhovalců je členěn na strukturální, kulturní, interaktivní a identifikační dimenzi integrace. Každá dimenze obsahuje určitý tematický okruh života kubánských přistěhovalců. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky dílčího průzkumu internetových zpravodajských serverů a vyhledávačů, který provedla autorka.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is dealing with the social integration of Cuban immigrants in the Czech Republic. The thesis applies to institutional scope of integration and practical experience of the informants with Czech society and with our estabilishment. The research, based on immigrants statements, is focused on the delineation of the life of Cuban immigrant in the Czech Republic, on the possibility of integration into the Czech society and how much are the local institutions involved to this issue. Description of this social integration is divided into four dimensions: structural, cultural, interactive and identifying. Each dimension contains particular period of life of Cuban immigrants. The last section of the thesis is including results from the research which is focused on the internet news, articles and informations.	eng
