Práce se věnuje silniční a železniční infrastruktuře s důrazem na možnosti investování a jeho přínosy, a dále na zajištění finančních zdrojů pro tyto investice. Na základě analýzy stavu silniční a železniční infrastruktury a jejího financování v ČR a zahraničí, konkrétně v Itálii, Německu a Slovenské republice, jsou navrženy opatření v jejím financování. Základní rozdělení této změny je na stanovení cílů u současných zdrojů financování v první fázi a návrh nových zdrojů financování, které se osvědčily v zahraničí, ve druhé fázi. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on road and railway infrastructure and it puts emphasis on new possibilities of investment and its benefits, and also on funding options of the infrastructure. There are suggested some measures in its funding, which are based on the condition of the road and railway infrastructure and its funding in the Czech Republic and some foreign countries namely Italy, Germany and the Slovak Republic. The basic division of these measures is to set aims in sources of funding in the first part of this thesis and to suggest new sources of funding, which were successful in the foreign countries, in the last part of this thesis. |
