Abstrakt:
The aim of this paper is analyze the possibilities in advancement of e-shop, especially possibilities of automation and integration in order to implement business
procedures and operations able to use all available electronic communication and
distribution channels, and in particular the internet infrastructure. The paper is based
mainly on an analysis of the behavior of Internet users and their habits of online shopping.
