Předmětem příspěvku je rozbor chráněných území v obou zemích z hlediska jejich správy, návštěvníků a místních obyvatel. Nejprve je rozepsán systém ochrany přírody v České republice, jeho legislativní uspořádání a kategorie územní ochrany přírody a krajiny se zaměřením na národní parky a území Natura 2000. Obdobně je řešena druhá část s aplikací na systém v Rakousku. Stěžejní část je v dalších dvou kapitolách. V třetím oddíle navazuje srovnání obou systémů a jejich ovlivnění mezinárodními trendy a organizacemi, určení hlavních rozdílů v územní ochraně přírody a krajiny a největší odlišnosti ve fungování národních parků z pohledu jejich správy, turistů a obyvatel okolních obcí. V poslední části je toto srovnání aplikováno na příklad sousedících národních parků a to Národního parku Podyjí a Nationalpark Thayatal. |

The matter of submitted thesis is the study of the protected areas in two countries in perspective their management, visitors and local inhabitants. At the beginning is described
system of protection of nature in the Czech Republic, his legislation and categories of the landscape protection. It is focused on national parks and Natura 2000 areas. Same organization has the second part with application on the Austria. The most important are the next two chapters. In the third part is the comparison of the both systems and the influence of international trends and organizations on systems. There are here also main differences
in nature and landscape protection and the largest differences in the working national parks
in perspective their management, visitors and local inhabitants. In the last part is the comparison used on example of two bordering national parks which are National park Podyjí and National park Thayatal. |
