První část bakalářské práce pojednává o stručné historii botaniky, vzniku Mattioliho herbáře a osobách, které se zasloužili o jeho vydání. Dále je zde popsána struktura herbáře a jeho srovnání s druhým českým vydáním z roku 1596. Druhá část se zabývá restaurováním konkrétního vydání herbáře z roku 1562. V textu je popsán restaurovaný objekt, jeho poškození, průběh restaurátorských prací se seznamem použitých materiálu a chemikálii. V závěru práce se nachází textová a obrazová příloha spolu s fotodokumentací restaurovaného objektu. |

The first part of this bachelor's thesis is about a brief history of botany, the creation of Mattioli's herbarium and people who made a contribution to for publication of it. There is the description of the structure of herbarium and the comparsion with second czech publication of this book from year 1596 in the first part too. The second part deals with the restoring of specific herbarium from year 1562. There is described the object, its damage, the progress of restoration with the list of used materials and chemicals. In the conclusion of this bachelor's thesis there is textual and pictorial enclosure with photographs of restored object. |
