dc.description.abstract	Das Hauptthema dieser Abschlussarbeit ist die Problematik des Bankgeheimnisses in Hinsicht auf das nachrichtenlose Vermögen in den Schweizer Banken. In diesem Zusammenhang bekommt der Leser eine gewisse Vorstellung über die schweizerische Finanzlage in der ersten Hälfte des 20sten Jahrhunderts und über den Begriff „Bankgeheimnis“. Im ersten Teil wurden dem Leser die Geschichte des Bankwesens und die allgemeine Einführung in das Thema dargestellt. Im zweiten Teil befasst sich die Arbeit mit den Fakten des Bankgeheimnisses und dem nachrichtenlosen Vermögen. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist eine zusammenfassenden Informationen über das Thema zu bringen.	ger
