dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je postavení dálitské ženy na indickém venkově ve státě Uttar Pradeš. Pozornost je zaměřena zejména na popis a analýzu fenoménů determinujících sociální realitu ženy v rurální oblasti Bundelkhand, v regionech Banda a Čitrakoot. Představena tak budou specifika ženské socializace a výchovy v uvedené oblasti, omezení možností rozvoje ženy ve světle rigidního pojímání její společensk¨é role a dopady přetrvávajících prvků kastovního systému na život dálitek. Seznámíme se rovněž se strategiemi, které ženy volí při snaze vymanit se z často zdrcujícího soukolí kastovního a genderového útlaku. Analýze bude pak podroben vznik a působení hnutí Gulabi Gang, jakožto jedné z kolektivních strategií a reakcí na neúnosné postavení dálitských žen ve výše uvedených regionech.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this thesis is status of Dalit women in rural India in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Attention is focused on description and analysis of the phenomena which determines social reality of women in rural area of Bundelkhand, in the regions of Banda and Chitrakoot. The specifics of women's socialization and education in that area, limits of potential for development of women in the light of a rigid conception of its social role and the impact of the remaining elements of the caste system on the life of Dalit women, will be presented. We will also meet with strategies that women choose when trying to escape from the often crushing gears of caste and gender oppression. Analysis will then be subjected to the formation and activities of a movement called Gulab Gang, as one of the collective strategies and responses to the intolerable situation of Dalit women in those regions.	eng
