dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na taxonomické zařazení rodu Shigella. Popisuje historii rodů Escherichia a Shigella. Porovnává rod Shigella s rodem Escherichia z hlediska biochemických a sérologických rozlišení. Dále se zabývá klinickými projevy, patogenezí shigellosis a její epidemiologickou situací ve světě a v České Republice. Na závěr se práce zaměřuje na metody analýzy nukleových kyselin používaných v taxonomických studiích a srovnává je s kultivačními a biologickými technikami	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focusesed on the taxonomic evaluation of Shigella genus. The outset describes the history of the genus Escherichia and Shigella and compares the Shigella genus to the genus Escherichia in terms of biochemical and serological resolution. It deals also with clinical manifestations, pathogenesis of shigellosis and it´s epidemiological situation in the world and in the Czech Republic. The final part focuses on methods of analysis of nucleic acids used in taxonomic studies and compares them with the culture and biological techniques.	eng
