dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na odchod plnoletých lidí z dětských domovů. Charakterizuje období adolescence, poukazuje na situace, za kterých je dítě umístěno do ústavní péče, a jak tyto situace řeší zákony v ČR. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké má plnoletý člověk opouštějící dětský domov možnosti zaměstnání, bydlení, a kam se může obrátit pro pomoc. Výzkumné šetření využívá výzkumné metody, techniku polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které zpracuji pomocí výzkumného designu případové studie. Respondenty jsou dva vychovatelé a čtyři klienti Dětského domova v Broumově. Tématem rozhovorů byla příprava na samostatný život mimo dětský domov, znalost programů podporujících samostatný život, možnosti ubytování a problémy spjaty s odchodem z dětského domova.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the situation when children turn the legal age and leave child institutional care. It describes the adolescence period, looks at the reasons behind placing a child into institutional care and discusses how the laws of the Czech Republic regulate this area of interest. The main goal of this thesis is to answer the question concerning possibilities of employment, accommodation or places that offer help to children that turn the legal age and are leaving child institutional care. The research investigation is based on a research method, semi-structured interviews, which I will process by case study research design. Respondents are two members of the personnel and four clients from the children institutional care in Broumov. Interviews were concerned with the preparation for independent life outside the child institutional care, knowledge of the programs offering support of independent life, accommodation possibilities and problem in connection with leaving child institutional care.	eng
