dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat znalosti všeobecných sester v oblasti kolostomických a tracheostomických pomůcek. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o tracheostomii a kolostomii (definice, indikace, historie, komplikace z hlediska ošetřovatelské péče. Dále je zde uvedena srovnávací tabulka společností (firem), které se výrobou a distribucí pomůcek pro pacienty s kolostomií a tracheostomií zabývají. Ve výzkumné části jsou zpracovány informace, které byly získány pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, ve kterém se zaměřujeme na způsoby edukace pacientů stomickými sestrami a na znalost stomických pomůcek a jejich množství, na znalost firem nabízející kolostomické pomůcky. Dále na častost hospitalizace pacienta na daném oddělení s kolostomií nebo s tracheostomií. Zda respondenti absolvovali nebo by chtěli absolvovat školení zaměřené za kolostomické nebo tracheostomické pomůcky.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is the nurses' knowledge of tracheostomy and colostomy tools. This bachelor's thesis strives to map the knowledge of general nurses working with colostomic and tracheostomic aids. The theoretical part introduces the basic information about tracheostomy and colostomy (the definitions, indications, history, and the complications from the viewpoint of medical care). It also contains a comparative chart of companies dealing with production and distribution of the aids for patients with colostomy and tracheostomy. The research processes information gained from a questionnaire prepared by the author of this thesis. It focuses on the methods that ostomy nurses use to educate the patients, on their knowledge of the ostomic aids and their quantity, and on their knowledge of companies offering colostomic aids. It also concentrates on the frequency of the patient's hospitalizations in the respective departments, and on the fact whether they participated in, or would like to participate in a training course focused on colostomic or tracheostomic aids.	eng
