dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy, které se stárnutím a stářím souvisejí, a to jak z fyzické, psychické, tak i sociální stránky. Charakterizuje ageismus a gerontologii a poukazuje na způsoby adaptace na stáří. Popisuje funkce vzdělávání v postproduktivním věku a různá vzdělávací zařízení pro seniory. Ve výzkumné části prezentuje organizaci "Třetí věk" v Lounech a pomocí nestandardizovaného hloubkového rozhovoru s jeho ředitelkou Mgr. Dagmar Bahnerovou a standardizovaného rozhovoru se studenty zjišťuje fungování této organizace, proč mají senioři zájem studovat i v postproduktivním věku, a zkušenosti dotazovaných s ageismem.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with problems related to ageing and old age from physical, psychical and social aspects. The paper characterizes ageism, gerontology and refers to forms of adaptation to the old age. There is a description of functions of education in the post-productive phase of life and various educational facilities for seniors. The research part of the thesis is concerned with a presentation of the organization "Third Age" in Louny. The author uses methods of a non-standardized in-depth interview with the director of the organization, Mgr. Dagmar Bahnerová, and a standardized form of interview with students and thereby finds out the functioning of this organization, discovers why seniors are willing to study and takes notes of experience of the interviewees with ageism.	eng
