Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením koncentrace prchavých anestetik v ovzduší operačních sálů s důrazem na způsob vzorkování - pasivní dozimetrii.
V teoretické části je uveden význam kontroly kvality pracovního ovzduší s příslušnou legislativou.
Jako pracovní prostředí bylo pro tuto práci zvoleno ovzduší operačních sálů zdravotnických zařízení, stručně jsou popsány způsoby anestezie a vlastnosti inhalačních anestetik včetně možností sledování jejich koncentrací. Dále je vysvětlen princip pasivního vzorkování, které je použito při odběru reálných vzorků, s jeho zákonitostmi včetně popisu vzorkovače.
V experimentální části je podrobně rozebrán odběr vzorků včetně vzorkovače, analytického stanovení a vyhodnocení.
Jednotlivé případy konkrétních vzorků jsou shrnuty a porovnány.
V závěru jsou zhodnoceny zjištěné poznatky. |

This thesis deals with the determination of the concentration of volatile anaesthetics in the air of operating rooms with an emphasis on sampling method-passive dosimetry.
The theoretical part describes the importance of the workplace air quality monitoring together with the relevant legislation.
As the working environment for the thesis the air of healthcare facility operating rooms was chosen; the methods of anaesthesia and properties of inhalation anaesthetics, including the possibilities of their concentration monitoring are briefly described. Further, the principle of passive sampling, which is used for real samples collection is explained together with its rules and the sampler is described.
The experimental part analyses the sample collection including the sampler, the analytical determination and evaluation.
The particular cases of specific samples are summarized and compared.
In the Conclusion, the findings are evaluated. |
