dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní, převážně analytický pohled na tuto významnou osobnost 19. století prostřednictvím především primárních, ale i sekundárních písemných pramenů, a to s důrazem na religionistické problémy a filozofická východiska obsažená v celoživotním díle tohoto autora. Na příkladu vybraných témat Friedricha Maxe Müllera práce dále přibližuje soudobé teoretizování a myšlení, a pokládá řadu otázek k dalšímu zkoumání v této oblasti.	cze

The benefit will familiarize readers with key primary and secondary sources. The work aims to highlight the relationship of religion and theology, the evaluation of non-Christian religions in the work of Max Müller. Further focus on formulating theories and methodological approaches with emphasis on the contribution of Czech and World Religions. The conclusion will include a summary of theoretical issues.	eng
