Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - praktické a teoretické. V praktické části se zabývám dvěma případy postupů restaurování sochařských děl ze sádry. Prvním případem je restaurování sádrového odlitku sochy Genia, na kterém proběhl kompletní restaurátorský zásah včetně prezentace výtvarného díla. V praktické rovině byly řešeny specifické otázky různého lepení, čištění, doplnění chybějících částí.
Druhým předmětem zadání je restaurátorský zásah na fragmentárně dochované sádrové rekonstrukci torza anděla zhotoveného z kutnohorského vápence. V praktické rovině byly řešeny specifické otázky fixace, injektáže a způsob prezentace výtvarného díla.
V teoretické části se zabývám restaurováním děl ze sádry, typickým poškozením a možnostmi jejich řešení. |

The diploma thesis consists of two parts - the practical and the theoretical one. The practical part deals with two restoration procedures of sculptures made of gypsum. The first case is the restoration of the plaster cast of Genius on which the whole procedure of restoration including the artwork presentation was made. Some specific tasks were being solved on this object as for example different ways of adhesive bonding, cleaning and complementation of missing parts of the statue.
The second object of the diploma work is restoration of partly-preserved gypsum reconstruction of the statue torso of an angel made of Kutná Hora limestone. In this case problems of fixation, injections and the way of presentation of the artwork were being solved.
In the theoretical part of the thesis ways of restoration of gypsum artworks, its typical defects and possibilities of their solving are discussed. |
