Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu souvislostí vývoje společnosti ETA a.s. a míry nezaměstnanosti v regionu jejího působení. Pozornost je věnována i dalším možným faktorům, které mohou nezaměstnanost zvýšit či snížit. Popisuje vybrané socioekonomické aspekty regionu, identifikuje důležité milníky ve vývoji společnosti ETA a.s. a jejich možný vliv na hlinecký trh práce. Předmětné souvislosti jsou ilustrovány na pozadí analýzy dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením mezi respondenty žijícími v regionu. |

The presented thesis is focused on analyzing of the development of the ETA company and its unemployment rate in the region of its operation. Attention is also given to other possible factors that can increase or reduce the unemployment. The thesis describes selected socio-economic aspects of the region, identifies key milestones in the development of the ETA company and their possible impact on the labor market in Hlinsko. The relevant objective context is illustrated in the background of analysis of the data obtained by questionnaire survey among respondents living in the region. |
