Bakalářská práce poskytuje stručné informace o Evropské unii a jejím fenoménu regionální politice. Dále nabízí přehled strukturálních fondů, jejich zaměření a charakteristiku operačních programů pro jednotlivá programovací období. Další část práce se zabývá konkrétními výsledky v České republice a úspěšnými projekty, které zrealizoval v období 2004 - 2006 Krajský úřad Pardubického kraje. Následuje přehled projektů, ve fázi udržitelnosti a projektů připravených k realizaci pro období 2007 - 2013. Poslední část práce se věnuje Finančním mechanismům Evropského hospodářského prostoru a Finančním mechanismům Norska. V závěru je zhodnocen přínos finančních prostředků Evropské unie a FM/Norska pro území Pardubického kraje. |

The baccalaureate work provides a shortly information about the European union and her phenomenon the regional politics. Further offers the summary of the structural funds, their sight and the characteristic of the operational programme for the single programming periods. The next part of the work deal with concrete results in the Czech republic and with successful projects which the Regional autority of the Pardubice region implemented in period 2004 - 2006.
Follows the summary of the projects in phase defensibility and projects ready for realization for period 2007 - 2013. Last part of the work persuits to financial mechanisms of the European Ekonomie Area and the financial mechanisme of the Norway. At the close is reviewed contribution of the financial resources of the European union and the financial mechanisms of the Norway for the Pardubice region destination. |
