dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se věnuje charakteristice autority, druhům autority, asertivnímu výchovnému působení, vztahu kázně s autoritou. Také se zabývá autoritou školy a autoritou učitele a charakteristice středoškolského studenta. Praktickou částí je výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření, který porovnává názory respondentů z řad studentů a učitelů osmiletého gymnázia, jejichž odpovědi jsou znázorněny v grafech.	cze
