dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice jevu zvaného mobbing. Obsahuje shrnutí základních poznatků o jeho historii, příčinách, průběhu, aktérech a dopadech na jedince. Součástí práce je rovněž předložení možností obrany včetně prevence a vyložení aktuální legislativní situace, která by mohla být úspěšnou možností, jak tento závažný jev řešit. Cílem této práce je teoretické zmapování dostupné již publikované odborné literatury a následné zpracování sekundární studie k tomuto tématu.	cze
