dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá obecným popisem rizik podniku, možnou hrozbou kurzových a finančních rizik v konkrétním podniku. Obecná část v sobě zahrnuje definice rizika, základní pojmy, které souvisí s rizikem, jak se riziko analyzuje, jaké metody existují pro analýzu rizik a finanční analýzu. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní podnik, jeho produkty, základní ekonomické údaje (např. majetek, kapitál, náklady, výnosy, hospodářský výsledek aj.). Dále jsou zde podrobněji tyto ekonomické údaje rozebírány. Cíle této práce jsou obecně popsat rizika podniku, představit GOLDBECK Prefabeton s. r. o. a analyzovat, zda společnosti hrozí kurzové či finanční riziko. Na závěr jsou firmě, ze získaných výsledků, navrhnuty určitá doporučení.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma work deals with a general description of risks of a company, contingent threat of exchange and financial risks in a concrete company. The general part includes the definition of the risk, fundamental ideas, which are connected with the risk, how the risk is analysed, what kind of methods exist for the analysis of the risk and for the financial analysis. The practical part describes the concrete company, its productions, fundamental economic data (e.g. assets, capital, costs, revenues, economic results, etc.). Further there are analysed these economic data in details. The aims of this work are to describe risks of a company generally, to present the company GOLDBECK Prefabeton s. r. o., and to analyse, if the exchange or the financial risk threatens to the company. At the end there are suggested to the firm definite recommendations from acquired results.	eng
