dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje rozpočtování z hlediska mužů a žen, jeho charakteristice, základním principům a metodám včetně postoje některých evropských států. Vlastní práci předchází konkrétní příklad provedené genderové analýzy obecních rozpočtů v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor schválených rozpočtů s dopadem na muže a ženy postupem založeným na subjektivním hodnocení a posouzení všech příjemců a následně zakončené vyhodnocením získaných výsledků.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the problems of budgeting with respect to the gender, its characteristic, basic prinsiples and methods including attitudes maintained by some European states. The study is preceded by a particular example of the gender analysis of budgets in some municipalities in the Czech Republic. The practical part contains the analysis of the passed budgets taking into consideration their impact on men and women. The analysis was done by the method based on a subjective assessment. The part also includes the assessment of all beneficiaries and evaluation of obtained results.	eng
