Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza stakeholder managementu ve firmě AAA Auto a.s. V úvodu práce je popsán teoretický základ k problematice stakeholderů. Praktická část se nejprve zaměřuje na charakteristiku firmy a předmět činnosti. V další části jsou provedeny analýzy související s tématem. A v závěrečné části jsou navržena doporučení týkající se zlepšení pro firmu. |

Studentka obhajovala svoji bakalářskou práci na téma Stakeholder management v AAA Auto a.s. Studentka se na počátku obhajoby věnovala představením a charakteristikou zkoumané firmy. Dále studentka prezentovala vypracované analýzy, především PEST analýzu a Porterovu analýzu pěti sil. Na závěr studentka seznámila komisi se svými závěry. |
