Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je: Faktory negativně ovlivňující kvalitu života v průběhu chemoterapie u žen s karcinomem prsu. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V části teoretické jsou interpretovány informace, které se zaměřují na onemocnění karcinomem prsu u žen, chemoterapii a kvalitu života. Dále se zabývám rekonstrukcí prsu po mastektomii či psychikou onkologicky nemocných pacientek. Cílem výzkumné části je nalézt obtíže, které pacientkám s karcinomem prsu přináší léčba chemoterapií. A statisticky zhodnotit změnu hodnocení celkového zdraví a celkové kvality života v důsledku léčby chemoterapií. Výzkumné šetření využívá metodu dotazníku. Výstupem diplomové práce je vytvoření informační brožury, která podává základní informace o problematice karcinomu prsu u žen. |

The subject of the submitted thesis is: Factors that have a negative impact on the quality of live during chemotherapy for women with breast-carcinoma. This thesis consists of a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part deals with interpretation of information concerning women affected by a breast carcinoma, concerning chemotherapy and quality of life. Further I deal with breast reconstruction after mastectomy and the psyche of cancer patients. The aim of the experimental part of this thesis is to establish the difficulties faced by patients in curing breast carcinoma with chemotherapy. Further, to statistically assess the change in perceived health and quality of life as a result of chemotherapy. The research survey is conducted by questionnaire method. The output of this thesis is the composition of an informational brochure, presenting essential information about the issue of breast carcinoma for women. |
