Je též poukázáno na konkrétní příklad rizik ve vybraném podniku a na připravenost firmy těmto možným rizikům čelit. |

This dissertation deals with risk analysis, risks in general and risk analysis in companies by the SFERA method. Nowadays it is unfortunatelly necessary to analyse risks in companies and to prevent their occurence if it is possible. The fact is that risks could occur in any company and at almost any time. By risk analysis we are able to eliminate the possible menace and other events so that we prevent the unwanted situation which could cause, for example, bodily harm of citizens and employees, company´s property destruction and environmental pollution. In this dissertation the potential risks threating a given company - Žatecký Brewery Ltd - are examined with a view to risks generally and risk analysis. It also points out a concrete example of risk in a given company and the company´s readiness to face the possible risks. |
