Tato disertační práce se zabývá problematikou prostorové lokalizace logistických center v České republice. První část práce shrnuje definice základních pojmů, týkajících se logistických center, dále je v této částí práce analyzována současná situace v České republice i v zahraničí. Rozhodnutí o umístění logistického centra lze chápat jako rozhodovací problém, pro tento typ úloh se využívají metody multikriteriální analýzy. Druhá část disertační práce se zabývá výběrem vhodné metody multikriteriální analýzy a metody pro stanovení vah kritérií. Následuje část, ve které jsou vybrána jednotlivá kritéria a zjištěny hodnoty kriteriální matice. V závěrečné části práce byly s využitím vytvořeného programu PLLC, který umožňuje uživateli z daného souboru vybrat kritéria hodnocení variant, provedeny výpočty metodou váženého produktu pro stanovení pořadí variant lokací pro logistická centra v ČR. |

This thesis considers the problems of the space localisation of logistic centres in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis tackles the definition of basic concepts related to logistic centres and further analyses the contemporary situation within the Czech Republic and abroad. The decision of the placement of a logistic centre can be understood as the defining problem, for which the multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is used. The second part of the thesis thus concerns the selection of a suitable method of MCDA and methods of designating criteria weight. The subsequent part is a selection of individual criteria and the determination of values of the criteria matrix. The final part of the thesis includes a program devised using the Pascal programming language PLLC. This allows a user to select criteria from a given file, according to which subsequent calculations (using the weighted product model) determine the order of the possibilities of the localisation of logistic centres. |
