Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku léčby chronického selhání ledvin metodou peritoneální dialýzy. Zabývá se především specifickou úlohou zdravotní sestry při péči o pacienty léčenými peritoneální dialýzou a samotným pohledem zdravotní sestry na tuto problematiku. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá přehledným zpracováním anatomie peritonea, fyziologií peritoneální dialýzy, technickými aspekty peritoneální dialýzy, chronickou peritoneální dialýzou, kvalitou života pacientů a úlohou sestry v péči o pacienty léčenými peritoneální dialýzou. Druhá, praktická část je zaměřena na zmapování pohledu zdravotních sester na současnou situaci ve vzdělávání v oblasti nefrologie (zejména peritoneální dialýzy) a zjištění základních znalostí sester o peritoneální dialýze. |

The aim of the diploma work is chronical kidney failure treated by metod of peritoneal dialysis. The thesis is focused on specific role of nurse dutiny peritoneal dialysis and also is focused on the iew of the nurse on this issue. The teoretical part of the diploma work includes anatomy of peritoneum, physiology of peritoneal dialysis, chronical peritoneal dialysis, the quality of life of the patients treated by peritoneal dialysis. The second, practical part of the diploma work is aimed at mapping of nurses oppinions and their view on the education system in nefrology (especially knowledge of peritoneal analysis problems). This part of the work also includes test results of nurses knowledge of the problem. |
