Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a porovnat bolesti kolenního kloubu před implantací totální endoprotézy (TEP) a po její implantaci u pacientů hospitalizovaných na oddělení ortopedie a následně rehabilitace Nemocnice Prostějov. V teoretické části je popsaná anatomie a fyziologie kolenního kloubu, artróza jako nejčastější příčina onemocnění vedoucích k výměně kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou uvedeny druhy endoprotéz, pooperační péče a rehabilitační program u pacientů po implantací TEP kolenního kloubu. Nejčastější indikací k operačnímu řešení je bolest kloubu spojená s omezením hybnosti nemocných. Právě z tohoto důvodu se práce zabývá hodnocením a léčbou bolesti spojené s artrózou a TEP. V praktické části této práce byla užita metoda řízeného rozhovoru na základě dotazníkového šetření. Toto šetření bylo provedeno na základě subjektivního hodnocení a porovnání intenzity bolesti u pacientů v předoperačním období, v krátkodobém pooperačním období na ortopedickém oddělení a v dlouhodobém pooperačním období na oddělení rehabilitace Nemocnice Prostějov. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out and compare the pains of a knee joint before and after the implantation of total endoprothesis (TEP) to patients of the Prostejov Hospital at the orthopaedic and then the rehabilitation ward. In the theoretical part of the thesis the anatomy and physiology of the knee joint is described and also arthrosis as the most often cause leading to total endoprothesis of a knee joint. There are also mentioned the kinds of endoprothesis, after - operation care and the rehabilitation programme of the patients after the implantaion of TEP. The most often indication for operation is the pain of the knee point connected with the restriction of patients´ mobility. And that is why the thesis is concerned the evaluation and the therapy connected with arthrosis and TEP. In the practical part of the thesis the method of guided dialogue based on questionnaires was used. This inquiry was based on subjective evaluation.There was compared the patient´s pain in pre-operation period, in a short - term after - operation period at the orthopaedic ward and long - term after - operation period at the rehabilitation ward of the Prostejov Hospital |
