Habilitační práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování projektů dopravní infrastruktury, především v oblasti investic do výstavby, rekonstrukce a údržby infrastrukturních staveb dopravního významu. Práce se orientuje na problematiku finančních zdrojů, investic a jednotlivých modelů financování s konkrétními návrhy na navýšení a zefektivnění financování projektů dopravní infrastruktury v ČR i v zahraničí. |
